We offer Free Shipping at this time on all of our orders.  Please note that Marcat Machinning Co. LLC. reserves the right to change this policy without prior notification to our customers.  If we change to a fee based shipping model, you will see the applicable charges for shipping at the time of order.

Orders for this service must be received and payment cleared by Marcat Machining Co. LLC. before 2:30 p.m. (New Hampshire time) for this service Monday to Friday. Orders received after 2:30 p.m. on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Marcat Machining Co. LLC. does not ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday. All shipments are subject to stock availability. The cut off time to process an overnight order is 2:30 p.m. Goods will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving the order. If any item is out of stock, you will be notified of an approximate ship date.

Note: Orders may originate anywhere in the world, but may only be shipped Free Of Charge to the USA or Canada. Orders shipped to Canada or other countries may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Products may be returned for replacement or refund in the following manner. Returns must be made within five (5) days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. The original packing slip must be included. In the case of damage, items will be replaced or credit given. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items as they may be needed for insurance purposes.
